The Kia repair folk at Salerno Duane Autoplaza misdiagnosed a problem with my car.  They charged me for a $300 clockspring and ordered it for me.  They then charged me $300 (three hours labor) to install it.  It turns out that it was the wrong part.  It still functions properly but has some options for newer model cars that don't work on ours.  The actual part that needed replacing turned out to be the turn signal relay.  The repair that was actually needed was for a $30 part and 30 minutes of labor.  In summary they charged me $600 for a $100 repair job and didn't admit it.

I cannot recommend this dishonest repair shop.
