I was a previous employee of the company and this is an extremely unethical company due to the leadership. If you do just a basic search for "Gary Prado" and/or "Salesdialers.com" you will see all of the unethical billing practices and terrible customer service that occurs. While the product is a good product, the leadership is horrible! I have seen where Mr. Prado will bill people after they have cancelled and "accidently" deleted the cancellation email. They are told to send in the cancellation to sales@salesdialers.com (an email that only he as access to). So, no one other person in the company will know if it was sent in. I encountered numerous customers who was billed up to a year after they cancelled and it was never resolved! His follow up with customers and employees is non existant and he is very quick to place blame on everyone and everything except for himself. On many instances I have waited weeks to get feedback and I received nothing. I have been "thrown under the bus" by Mr. Prado to customers because he has wanted to escape confrontation. There is so much more that I could state but this would risk putting customers name on a forum I choose not to associate them with. As stated, the product is great, but I would steer away because of the terrible and flaky leadership.
