On Mar 6, 2019, I contact this company from their website.  I agreed to purchase Henry, a 12 week old male maine coon kitten, for $800 which included shipping to my door.  Had us sign well laid out bill of sale, had payment paid through Zelle. Out of the blue,  when the $800 had been sent via Zelle, a bogus sounding shipping company contacted me via email twice once with shipping info and the next one saying kitten on hold pending Insurance payment and quoted "The insurance fee to be paid per animal must be equivalent to  the cost price of the animal in question and this was decided by the U.S Aviation Commission / U.S Financial Bureau.Looking at clause 5A above, it shows that the insurance cost to be paid as required by the U.S  Aviation Commission is $1500 for this kitten" .  Their information did not read well, and it sounded susspicious , they "needed be to Zeller $1500" for some insurance policy and the cash would be handed back to me when they delivered the kitten to my door.

I called the breeder immideatly, they did not answer. They called me back because they did not recognize the phone number and when I questioned them on this they were in a hurry to see if I had paid the insurance yet to a different Zelle account that was in the email from the shipper. Red flags immediatly started and now filing to my bank trying to get refunded the 800.00,  to my local police, to the FBI at www.IC3.gov and to the Federal Trad Commission at www.FTC.gov.

Shipping company was <info@snapshippingservice.com>, Pet Control Department of the U.S Branch, and they say in their email "the insurance fee to be paid per animal must be equivalent to  the cost price of the animal in question and this was decided by the U.S Aviation Commission / U.S Financial Bureau.Looking at clause 5A above, it shows that the insurance cost to be paid as required by the U.S  Aviation Commission is $1500 for this kitten"   The seller was of no help and I did repetedly explain this is part of the shipping costs the seller said they were covering....

I have no kitty and I don't have my $800 as of today, 3/7/2019
