2 incodents happened at this salon that was a major concern.  the first incodent was an owner of the liberty tax coming inside this salon, verbally attacking me & the other stylist didn't help to stop this lady from verbally attacking me!  The owner of salon indigo named Erica still allowed this lady to come in & get a hair service done after the owner of liberty tax verbally attacked me for not saying hello to her (she wasn't even getting a service done.).  as a perfessional stylist, i asked seketa brown to step in the back office, so i can tell her what happened. seketa brown didn't want to here about what happened. she proceeded by going  next door & speaking to her client the owner of liberty tax about what, i mentioned about the incodent. seketa brown kept an attitude towards me, when i tried to keep explaining what happened! this was a grown woman that ignored me telling her what happened & rolling her eyes at me. in this salon they play gospel music & talk about about god but they are to me a wolf in sheeps clothing. religious nuts!

the 2nd incodent was a black lady coming into the salon after robbing a nail place & then asking to get a hair service that was given to me because, i was the commissioned stylist that was building my client base!  when i arrived at the salon the lady had walked out to go down to the car place that was in walking distance, the stylist there told me the lady that left was my client that wanted her hair done (walk -in client). something in me said go & ask the nail place 1 door down what happened with that lady that wanted me to do her hair. the nail tech told me the lady stole her phone. i immedatley told the other stylist not to allow the lady to come back in. the other stylist said i new something was wrong when the lady took her shoes off at the front door.  really! when i thought about it this lady would've stolen from me if i'd done her hair.

this isn't a safe place to work or go to get your hair done. you never know who you will be sitting next to while waiting to get your hair done!

Bad place to work!!!

i worked at salon indigo for a short period of time & had a bad experience.  When, I first came to work their I was nervous & the other Stylists that work their didn't make me feel comfortable.  The liberty tax lady that own the tax place next door to them came in & verbally attacked me!  I was going out of the back door to take out the trash & the libert tax lady was going in her place of business through her back door. I turned a smiled at her then I went to take the trash out. 2 minutes later the liberty tax owner came & attacked me verbally for not speaking to her when i was in the back taking out the trash from where i use to work.

I told this to the owner Ericka & she really didn't want to be bothered by having a meeting with the lady about her actions toward me.  So, right their let me know that Ericka the owner of Salon Indigo didn't care for my saftey.  Ericka, the owner of salon indigo still allowed this woman to come in & get a service done!  Allowing a out of controlled person to come in & disrespect a worker (independent contractor) of salon indigo, is dangerous !

I tried to tell her stylist but she didn't respect me enough to listen!  She gave me the rolling with the eyes like a typical bad attitude black person!  I was like WOW!   Another incodent was, when a black lady came in to ask for a service to be done after she stole from the nail salon 2 doors down.  I came in early thinking this was a potential customer & got bobo the fool! I didn't do her hair because I knew something was wrong.

I then decided to leave. I actually let the owner know in a way that i wanted to leave & we both agreed.  Know she has a new stylist working there, & I saw they're using one of my ideas.  This is what blacks do to each other, they steal ideas & claim it as theirs.   The owner & her husband aren't hair stylist, they want to be but aren't. They don't even know about the business but want to tell a State Licesned professional how to act. Lol... Really?

The owner don't even want to advertise to bran her business name! How stupid is that! How do a business owner expect to succeed with out advertising? Stupid!

Stylist beware!!! Don't work in this salon or in Clayton County, go on the north end of town where the rich good quality people are.
