I ordered 10 travel size tubes of Short Sexy Hair. It is a blue, thick hair gel. The tubes all had a plastic wrap added to the cap/neck segment of the tubes. i assumed that was added for transport.

I opened one tube and put the remainder away without inspecting each one individually. The first tube was what I had ordered. A little over a month went by before I finished the first tube & opened up a second one.

The second tube was just blue water-I then inspected the rest of the tubes and found 2 of them to be the real product but the rest of the tubes had varying amounts of water added. 

I contacted Salon Savings, explained that their product had been tampered with. I expected an immediate apology along with a return address label and complete refund. WRONG!

They did not seem at all concerned that they had delivered a watered down product. Since it had been more than 30 days since my order, they would not pay for return shipping. They did say they would make an exception to their refund policy (30 day limit) but I would have to pay for shipping. I do not think the consumer shoulod have any out of pocket expense for a faulty product.

I explained that as these tubes were travel sizes, I didn't open a second tube until going out of town. They said it was "company policy" not to pay for return shipping. WRONG AGAIN!

I will NEVER order from them again. Any company that is not surprised to be delivering an inferior product should be avoided. And one that expects the consumer to pay to ship a faulty product back should be doubly avoided.
