I was going to this salon for about 8 months for twice a week. I spent a lot of money here and probably one of the few male customers who came in twice a week. My hairstylist was great as well as the front manager. Never once in that 8 month period did the owner of the salon say hello to me or even acknowledge me. We stood face to face several times and he did not say a word. Owning several businesses myself it is my duty to know each and every one of my clients and customers and make them feel welcome. The owner obviously does not care about his customers!!! This business will not make it if the owner does not lighten up and show caring towards his customers. This is why so many businesses fail!! The customer is what pays the bills. Stop being an arrogant owner and greet your customers. It is so sad because there are so many great workers there.. If the owner treats his customers this way, I can only imagine what goes on behind the scenes. I would not recommend this salon to my worst enemy. The actions of the owner is of greed and apathy. To all the people thinking about going to this salon, go elsewhere. Why give your money to someone who cares less about his customers. I wish the stylists and manager would go elsewhere. They do not need to be a part of that aura. My blessings and prayers for everyone! Amen

I am responding once again to the inaccurate and slanderous claims of Michael Cohen.  This person cant even sign his name to his accusations because he is a coward and a big liar.

Michael Cohens claims of Constantine are untrue and written out of jealousy and hatred. This public way of venting in order to hurt and discredit Constantine only confirms his vendetta.

This audience should know that a public forum such as this could be used in many ways good and bad. Michael Cohen has chosen this forum for his own personal hurt of a losing a lost love. Maybe there is a reason that he lost his girlfriend and is now trying to discredit her boyfriend Constantine.

All I know, is that word wars can go on forever and this type of banter is not productive to what this website was intended. Instead of using the Rip Off Report site to alert viewers to truly bad things that people do, Michael Cohen is using it as a tool to hurt. I hope Michael Cohen, who is the architect of all these reports, will put to rest his negative energy and look to another way to proceed with his life.
Surely life is too precious to continue with such nonsense.

I always bring joy and laughter wherever I go!!! There was so much negative energy at this salon. That's why it is so dead. Customer service is the number 1 aspect of a small business. It is not like the owner was too busy every time to thank his customers for spending money at his business. So yes. It is a very big problem. And knowing some people who go there, they agree with me and will not be going back there. So it does make a huge impact. If 10 people stop going to your business and are spending a total of 1600 a monthr
between foils coloring cuts and products, we are looking at alot of money that is going to be lost. And if each one of those people tell 10 of there friends not to go there because of bad experience, even more money is lost and business closes...it makes a huge impact... So business owner smile and say hello to your customers. It will make a difference

Let's see you go to this store twice a week for 8 months and your only complaint is that the owner didn't say hi to you?

Seriously if this is your biggest complaint you must have been a real "joy" and I wonder how much you will actually be missed.  That is if you were actually a customer.
