Buyer beware, this software program that I purchased at the beginning of the year is not what they promised at all.  It fails to deliver.  

From being told at the intial sale, that it was my choice how I would like to pay.  I chose to pay in installments, however their Accounting Department had no structure as to when they would process the payments.  Always late, always taking more money and then having to refund the amount and apologizing for their error.  That should have been the first warning bell.

To the Sales Department, and the Sales Assisstant Carrie Dodds, who assured me that the Spaware Software could be able to handle my credit card transactions, that could handle mutiple bookings.  I am not sure who trained her, but she can not answer the most simple of questions (more than a week to get my call returned).  If you are my point of contact, why cant you answer what my balance is without referring to the Owner...must be nepotism because common sense is not her forte.  She acts too familiar with me.  I want to work with a professional company to run my business.

Each time I called,  I was promised unlimited training to get me up and running.  That was not the case, I was put on hold and forgotten.  I was yelled at by the receptionist.  This alarmed me because I sat in the class given by the Owner, Blake Rector who said the first person is the first impression. I digress.

When I fianlly got training, it was cut short because the Tech. Department was leaving for the day.  I rescheduled and was told I was in competent hands with the IT Manager, Brad Gardiner.  What a joke, because at this point I had already trained m self and felt I was schooling him.  I was unable to stay with my credit card company.  The Platinum Marketing Module never worked even with each new fix that was added and tweaked to.

The Reports are always, always incorrect and then I was promised free module for Escripts...that would be a good thing if it worked.  

I called so many times and hit the brick wall from dealing with the Owner's Assistant, Carrie to dealing with the IT Manager Brad.  Neither of them are what you would call competent, they know absolutely nothing. makes me sense that they got their postitions through family obligation.

Icomptence trickles down from top to bottom.
