Hi,
This is Stephen Karpeles, the owner of Salt. Digital Marketing (a website design and development company). The client is stating that I took their money (in this case, $300) and never did any of the work. However, the client never provided login credentials for me to access their website and do the work. I have an extensive email thread that shows me repeatedly asking for login information, the client responding with usernames and passwords, and me informing the client that the usernames/passwords he provided didn't work.
To date, I have still not received valid login credentials to access the client's site, despite my repeated attemps to get these credentials. If you would like to see the email thread of this interaction, please let me know and I will forward it to you. It all takes place around Sept. 6, 2017 when this report was filed.
In addition, I have reached back out to the client multiple times to ask if I can still help do the work I agreed to. The client still has been unable to provide me with login credentials, so there's literally no way for me to do the work. Even so, I have continued to send emails asking if I can help, and these emails have yet to be returned.
