I ordered 2 sets of the Ultrasonex Rechargerable Toothbrush & Flosser sets. These products are deffective. The first toothbrush broke off in my husband's mouth while he was brushing, he almost choked. The second toothbrush had a bad charging unit and the brush part also broke off. Thank GOD it did not happen while I was brushing. I called CS. They told me I had to return the whole kit. They sent me a different replacement, a far inferior one, one where the flosser is battery operated, no travel charger, none of the other items that they made me send back.

When I spoke with CS they said that they didn't have anything else to replace them with. They told me that all there inventory was being reworked. Gee I wonder why. When I complained about the replacement they said that under the warranty they are allowed to send you a compriable replacement. I tried to explain that rechargeable and battery operated were not compriable. They were rude and no help at all & told me that I would have to replace the rechargeable batteries anyway. So for all the money I spent on these kits, I now have a piece of junk replacement that I will have to spend more wasted money on to replace batteries amd I lose out on all the other items that were sent back from the kit. This company apparently doesn't care about the customers or thier products.
