Salute Visa Closed my account without notice and still expected me to pay new fees and annual fee for a card I could not use, Internet

I signed up for the card and not had it but 3 months. I paid more than the minimum payment and I was never late. I went to use my card one day and it was declined. I called and went online only to find out that they had closed my card without notice. All that was left was their annual fee and a monthly service fee. They harassed me but I told them that I refused to pay fees on a card that I cannot use. Trying to clean up my credit recently, I tried to contact them to get this resolved and they would not even help me. I am stuck with this on my credit report and can't do anything about it. I got this to clean up my credit and it was working for all of 3 months.
