I closed and paid off my account for several reasons. I could prove when they received the payment, and yet didn't post it until after my due date to charge me late fees. One of their customer service agaents yelled at me. Probably because of our language barrier. I just reported them to the Better Business Bureau of Newark. If more of their customers do the same, hopefully something can be done.
