This company is a total Scam!


I made the initial payment of 20.00 to activate the card on line. When I made my second payment I noticed that my available credit didn't increase, I then was unable to access the website and had to go through the Urban Trust Bank Site when I finally got to my account there was a charge for 1.00 pending that I am certain I didn't make.

The informationon the Bank site was very vague and I started to fear a scam. I called the bank and was told to contact the credit card division. The customer service rep said that my account was closed due to payment history. I never received a second bill but made an advance payment! What history? This is a rip off! Tell everyone you know!
