I contacted the ISP of the website, which said they may be able to shut it down due to terms of use violation's, and emailed the shopping cart service they use to attempt to refund my transaction. I will contact VISA shortly attempting to get my money back as well. The link to "UHS" on the shopping cart leads to a vampire quiz, and there is no way to contact the mother company (if it exists)
