While I can not vouch for the quality of their products, SalviaDragon.com has proven itself an extremely unreliable business. The reason I may not comment on their product specifically is due to the fact that shortly after placing an order with them, it became necessary for me to change residence, thus I was unable to receive my items. I immediately made several attempts, all of which have been unsuccessful, to inform them that I had made a request of the postmaster to return any mail to sender. It has been 5 weeks since I placed my order and I have yet to hear from them.

I had also been expecting several orders from their competitors, all of whom have met me with prompt responses and utmost understanding concerning my dilemma. I will not wait forever and will be filing for an investigation through my creditor soon. I may eventually end up seeing that refund I have requested, however, it is absolutely key that a business maintains a line of communication with their customers; SalviaDragon.com does not.
