Complaint Review: Sam Martinez Wholesale Diamonds International

i bought a ring from hobby_palace on ebay. they sell for wholesale diamonds incorporated out of flower mound, tx.  i got the ring and the diamond was TERRIBLE. cloudy and way too small. i called hobby_palace and was told to return it to wholesale diamonds incorporated and talk to a guy named Sam Martinez.  I did and called a few days later. I was told that a mistake had been made and they would send out the correct diamond ring.  Nothing ever came and Sam wouldn't return my calls. So now I am out $1100 and am waiting to get the money back from my credit card.  The ebay seller told me that this was a scam fun by Sam Martinez where he gets people to sell for him on Ebay and steals thousands of dollars in this way, leaving the Ebay seller liable for the refunds.
DO NOT BUY ANY DIAMONDS ON EBAY FROM ANYONE SELLING FOR WHpLESALE DIAMONDS INCORPORATED.
