Sam's Club, Cyber Test, ripoff Longwood Florida
called sam's club to get service on my hp5510 sams club turned me over to cyber test inc. after i recieved a my hp5510 i noticed that this printer is reting paper fax part of machine not working tried to contact cyber test inc but no one works on weekends. i will not buy any electtronics from sam's club or have anything to do with cyber test inc. i believe that booth companies forgot what customer service really means.
