Ordered LED crochet hooks on 1/1/17. Sent several inquiries and received canned responses about being back logged due to the holidays and allowing 3-4 weeks for shipping. It's been well over 2 months with no communication or order being received. Last email sent was yesterday, no reply. Jeff is the name of the individual who replies to my previous inquiries. I was charged for the hooks.
