I bought my car there and 3 months later it break's down...I call and ask them about getting it fixed and on top of me paying to get it fixed i have to also pay for it to be towed.    I had it dropped off to them at 10:20 am on Saturday,May 31 2014 .I called at 1 pm to find out what was going on and they stated they did not have my car..    Then because the car was in mine and my husbands name he tells me he did not know but they had the car on another part of the lot.I then asked when it would be fixed and he stated not till Monday because it was to late.    I asked them what they had been doing with my car all morning and he said well they had it on different lot and because they used your husbands name i did not go get it.I then asked why if it was called into him that it needed to be fixed today would he leave it sitting over on another lot.     He said i did not know..I called the manager which was rude and told him what happen he then said ,Ok,What do you want me to do about it...This is very wrong and not how you should treat people who are paying on a car through you dealership.If it were not for us they would have no job.I am tired of people treating others this way and i am not happy at all with this.
