Complaint Review: Sam Usman

This man, Sam Usman will prey upon you or anyone else. He has multiple homes for rent in Lansing. He says he will "help" you move in and if you do a little work, he will give you a deal on the first months rent - or if doing a land contract he will give you a deal. The houses are trashed. He will ask for a deposit so he knows you're serious and then it will be impossible to do any work. The city has tagged the house. The house needs and inspection. You will have to have the utilities turned on first for the inspection. You willl then find that the house won't pass the inspection so you won't be able to move in and you will be out your deposit money. IN my case, $500. He refuses to give the money back even though it's illegal to not return it. He will NOT help like he said. I wound up calling the police - I want my money back. Now I can't move in there and I can't move in anywhere - I'm out the money and in 9 days, I will have no where to live, and I am short on move in money. He's an a*s and he needs to go to jail. After I call the police, I will take him to small claims court. He will wind up paying me back somehow. I guarantee it.
