Whenever doing business with Sam Winter Real Estate you will eventually have the misfortune of meeting and dealing with his wife Hartley Winter, who clearly wears the pants in that business, and family. This Bonnie & Clyde Duo play bad cop, good cop like a finely oiled sewing machine. Meeting expectations is impossible with this couple because no clarifications are given on expectations until after the fact. Though you will spend your time jumping through flaming hoops trying to please them you will never live up to or meet their unrealistic desires. Be prepared to perform lots of extras for free with no mention of ever being paid for them, not even a thank you. Your efforts are fruitless at best. Then here comes the bad press all about town, and the motor mouthing of how you mistreated them. These are fair WEATHER customers that only give you about 75% of the needed information.
