Ok everybody here is the real truth about Samantha Rose and The Rose Group Talent Management:
The individual that goes by the name Samantha Rose is really Samantha Ulicny, the reason she uses another name is because she has been fired from numerous other agencies in the past for ripping innocent people off. Samantha Rose has a file at the Police Dept. Numerous consumers have filed a complaint against her. However the truth is there is no Samantha Rose, most of the complaints are under Samantha Rose not Samantha Ulicny.
Samantha Ulicny use to work as a waitress in a fish and chip shop before she got hired by Charisma Talent Agency. Jackie, the owner of Charisma, fired Samantha Ulicny aka Samantha Rose because she was caught misleading and scamming people out of their hard earned money by promising them jobs/assignments in the industry.
After getting fired , Samantha then got a job at Max Agency, where again she was fired for taking advantage of innocent people. Samantha was caught lying to people; Samantha promised potential would be models and actors lots of work and success in the industry in return for them investing their hard earned money into photos. Samantha Rose was fired from Max Agency after complaints piled up about her unethical business tactics.
Samantha Rose aka Samantha Ulicny is involved with a single dad who has 2 kids from a previous failed marriage. This guy helped Samantha open up 'The Rose Group Talent Management Inc'. Samantha's boyfriend has a past history of fraud and has been charged several times by the Toronto Fraud Dept. Samantha Rose and Associates from The Rose Group ripped off innocent people under the guise of being EIC and TAMAC (modeling and acting associations). Don't be fooled by some useless organizations. Thats just Samantha's clever tactics at work again. Once a scammer, always a scammer.
The Rose Group Talent Management's website was designed by her brother Brenn Ulicny not Brenn Rose. He uses his real last name. The company is no longer open. Please..everyone call your local Police Dept. and file a complaint against Samantha Ulicny aka Samantha Rose, to prevent this monster from ripping off anymore innocent victims.
Samantha Rose ripped me and my family off and disappeared. Samantha interviewed my daughter and promised her that she would be able to get her work in the industry if she spent $1200.00 on photos, Samantha mentioned her 10 years of experience in the industry. I didn't have much knowledge about the modeling or acting industry then, so due to my daughter's happiness I gave Samantha over $1000 for pictures for my daughter.
After that, ironically everytime we called her office I was told she was busy or in meetings. Samantha never returned my calls nor did she provide us with any pictures or jobs/assignments she promised my daughter. And now her office is no longer open. If anyone knows the whereabouts of Samantha Rose aka Samantha Ulicny please email me and let me know; also please call the Toronto Police Fraud Division and give them her where abouts so justice can be served.
After looking into Samantha Rose aka Samantha Ulicny's history I found out she worked for several agencies, all of which fired her for her unethical business practices. If you want proof contact the owners/management of Charisma Talent and the Max Agency. Both of which are very successful and have been in the business for almost 10 years.
Samantha Rose aka Samantha Ulicny must be stopped. She opened 'The Rose Group Talent Management Inc' and after a short period of time, locked up shop and ran away with everyone's money. Do not let this person get away with this. I have already contacted the Toronto Police Dept. Fraud Squad as well as the RCMP and they already have complaints against Samantha Rose; make sure you mention her real name Samantha Ulicnny, Samantha Rose is her fake name. Unless we band together and call the Toronto Police Fraud Dept. this scammer will be at it again. Don't get fooled by her clever tactics.
This just isn't right! She was caught commiting fraud at several agencies, menawhile the Police has done nothing about it, and she can do it all over again. Unless people on this board complain to the police and shine the light on who 'Samantha Rose' really is she will continue to get away with it.
The way Rose Group Talent Management Inc worked was that they will sign anyone as long as the agent figures they have money for pictures. There is only one photographer that used, some guy in a dirty small studio in Toronto. If anyone can remember his exact name please publish it to the site and email it to me.
This photographer is paid next to nothing to take the pictures while Samantha charges the individual 600$ to 1200$ for the photos. All that matters is how many people were signed up for photo's they do NOT make the money off bookings they make it off the photo's. The agents get weekly bonuses based on how many people they sign up to take photo's with the Rose Group 'recommended' photographer. They also get money from the printing shop that does the 'headshots/reprints'.
Now as unbelievable as this may sound this is just the tip of the iceberg if anyone on this site wants further truthful information about Samantha Rose aka Samantha Ulicny or The Rose Group Talent Management Inc just reply to this message and I will be happy to answer any of your questions with the 100% truth!

When one walks up to the so-called offices of the casting solution one is greeted at the front door with a shoddy hand written note saying the offices are in the back, in the basement. After a small stroll through an alleyway, one enters an open backyard filled with beer cans, old decrepit lawn chairs and debris scattered everywhere. One can't help this woman's neighbours are filthy pigs. Going downstairs and opening the door into a laundry area, one realizes that this mess simply continues. Upon entering Samantha's so-called office one is greeted with the smell of marijuana smoke, old cigarettes, stale beer and the stench of dog urine. A barking yappy dog greets one. I'm not sure how this place is called an office as it is littered with a dirty kitchen, pepsi bottles and crap everywhere. Clothes strewn all about, this apartment/office clutter has an overall feeling of heaviness and defeat. Wading through the debris and crap one finally enters an office area full of more crap. how does this so-called talent agent operate out of here?? The desk is covered in clutter. Not bios, pictures or work related documents. It is covered in crap and more crap. She mentioned something about a box full of photos she was throwing out as the 'casting solution' had just taken over another talent agency. Didn't these people pay hundreds of dollars for these pictures?? As one continues to talk with Samantha, the never the unending barking of dogs permeates the conversation to which she constantly yells 'shut up! shut up!! shut up!!!". The feeling of professionalism died 10 minutes ago upon entering the apartment but this woman claims to have connections in this glorious business.
On doing only a little research, the only thing that shows up about this woman is the failed attempt at previous businesses, her ripping people off, and the general lack of trust it seems most people have about her. She claims to be very knowledgeable but as she chatters on, she only comes across as vulgar, crude and in your face about everything. She seemed to be stoned or drunk and I'm wondering how she even believes herself to be running a business with the interest of her clients being in the foreground. I'm surprised I was able to get off the couch without anything sticking to me. The entire business is nothing more than a dirty, dark and dingy basement with a drunken stoned mess. I'm guessing the presence of a computer serves as legitimacy to her endeavour. Everything screams I have given up on life and I am willing to drag you down with me. Simply check for the casting solutions Facebook page and see how many likes and followers she has. The numbers are dismal and it does not convey the confidence one needs to proceed in an endeavour that one is the passionate about. If you feel your life being drawn towards acting or modelling why put your trust and money in the hands of someone who has clearly no regard for her own life. One feels grateful to leave this horrible environment and breathe the fresh clean air of the outside. Don't invest your money in these lies, deception and this rottenness. Buyer beware.

For what it's worth, or if you just want proof of karma, this woman lives a horrible life. she lives in the basement of a shitty old house where she operates her 'business.' and really just wastes her life away. Stop by her 'office' if you want to see what rock bottom looks like. she's self-inflicting teh justice I'm sure the OP is after.

Hi there,
I am Samantha Rose, the owner of The Rose Group Talent Management Limited. I left the business in 2008 due to health reasons.
When operational I was a member of the EIC (Entertainment Industry Coalition) as well as the EICAA (Entertainment Industy Coalition Agency Association). Please look into these organizations and see what kind of rules we all abide by.
This report is so false it is almost laughable. Please do you research in this industry as there are many scams out there. The Rose Group certainly was never one of them.

When I did a Google search on Charisma Talent Agency, this website came up. Is this woman connected to this Agency.
