I placed an order with this company on October 1, 2014 with the intent of receiving the hair by my birthday which was October 20. I choose this company because I saw many instagram users recommend this hair as well as wear it and show off the amazing quailty. The price was pretty steep but I decided to splurge, for all it was my birthday.  I was sure to read over the shipping information before ordering to insure my order would be received by my birthday.  I spent $371. The site states that it takes 1 day to process an order and within 7-10 business days I should receive shipping information. I waited and waited and never received any update of my order. 

I then contacted the instagram site itself and asked what could I do to receive an update on my order. Afrer numerous post I finally received a reply to use the contact link on the ordering site page and my question would be answered by the end of the business day. Many days passed by with no response so I sent another request, still to go unanswered.  I sent about 5 to 6 messages before I received a response on October 16 that I would receive shipping info "Tomorrow". Tomorrow never came. I reached out to the instagram site once again and I was again directed to the contact link. By the way everytime I post a question on the instagram site it is later deleted which seems a little fishy to me. I then sent an irate message to their ordering site on Tuesday October 21 stating that if my oreder can not be fullfilled that I would like to request a refund. I then received the quickest response yet which took about 30 minutes.  I have been told  that "Tomorrow" I will receive a refund and it will be posted back to my account in 3-5 days.

I dont understand why I must be given the run around about a product that is being advertised for sale that I had no problem spending my money on and all I asked for was communication.  If the order was backed up why not give an update on my expected wait time. I posted to the instagram site as well complaining about the poor customer service and a request of a refund and I was blocked from the page. Are u serious? ?? This company is horrible and if I don't receive a refund I plan on contacting my lawyer and filing suit against this fraud of a company. I will never order from them again and I would never recommend them to anyone. They need to be exposed for poor quailty of customer service that they have and they dont deserve to get over on anyone else.
