Complaint Review: Sammy Dress

Sammy Dress aka sammydress.com Ripped me off and won't even talk to me Internet

I placed an order on sammydress.com. My total with shipping came to $96.21. Online they assured me at most it would take 10 days to process, and 10 days to ship, so at the very most 20 days. I placed my order on 11/11/13 and it is now 12/10/13 and I still have not received a thing. Aditionally, online it says my order is still processing. How is this even possible? 

I filed a complain on the website about a week ago and still have not gotten a response. I then tried calling the number listed on their site, and it is disconnected! I just don't know what to do at this point to get my money back. 

Please Help.
