Complaint Review: Sammy's Swap Shop

Brought in jewelry and coins to pawn and retrieve in a month.  Received $200.00 for diamond engagement ring, gold wedding ring, 3 pairs diamond earrings, 2 pr sapphire earrings, gold necklace, gold bracelet, emerald/diamond necklace,3 pr emerald earrings, emerald cross, 1 emerald ring. $35.00 in silver 50 cent pieces and 2 lady liberty silver coins.  Items brought in the month of December 2014, to return in January 2015. Went back in January and paid $40.00 for an additional 4 weeks.  Went back in February 2015 and told he didn't have the items, they were in his safe at home.  Come back in March still didn't have the items at the store.  Went back in April and told his girlfriend has kicked him out of his own house and he is not allowed to go anywhere near the house and has to go to court to get his property back.  Now I have been told he has his house back but that she cleaned out the house completely, even the safe and all my stuff is gone.
