My total bill came up to about $60, I paid for expedited shipping AND shipping insurance. I was expecting it to be sent out around the 31st of October. Instead, I get an email saying I need to confirm my shipping methods. I log into my account, they want $30 for DHL shipping or they said they can charge me a set amount and refund me what is left over. I don't quite understand why it would take a week for them to realize that shipping would be extra. Most companies realize this and have a calculation automatically in the checkout price.
