Sammydress Never shipped wig - ordered in November 2015 Internet

I ordered a wig online from Sammydress back in November. It is now past mid-February, and nothing has arrived. I have contacted them numerous times (via a 'support ticket' system on their website). The response is always a push-back on the expected arrival date, and an admonishment to be more patient and keep waiting. Possibly related, I believe that Sammydress sold my credit card number to a third party. I found numerous unauthorized transactions on my credit card beginning in January; I finally noticed these last week and cancelled the card before too much damage was done. I am extremely careful with my card, and Sammydress is the only 'new' company I've given the number to in the past year. I cannot prove they sold my credit card number, but it is an interesting coincidence. I am positive, however, that I've never received the wig I ordered, nor do I expect to at this point. ;)
