SammyDress Refused refund, failed to deliver order unclear China

VERY POOR customer service. I placed an online order for a sweater on 11/17/14. On 1/12/15, nearly two months later when it had not yet arrived, I contacted SammyDress to request a refund. SammyDress was willing to refund the purchase price but not the $8.00 shipping fee - although the non-delivery was no fault of mine! They refused to refund the shipping fee even after I explained that I placed the order with them IN GOOD FAITH, and refusal to reimburse the shipping fee was bad business and no way to build customer loyalty. I'm only glad I didn't order more merchandise, or I would be stuck with even MORE in shipping fees for a non-existent delivery. Never ever shopping with them again, and I am warning everyone in any way I can not to deal with this company.
