Sammydress They Stole My Money Internet

I placed 2 orders in December 2014.  My first order arrived no problem.  My second order never came.  This order totaled $51.16.  I contacted Sammydress in March asking where my order was.  Apparently their computer changed my address to 3th Place.  I live on 4th Place.  The error was made on their part since I had set up an account and had already received a package.   They agreed to resend my package if I paid for a shipping fee of $10.00.  Now totaling $61.16.  Now it is August and I still have not received my order.  I contacted them this week and they insist this has never happened before.  They offered to refund me $25.00 because they "are taking a loss".  I said that this was unacceptable.  Today they offered to refund me $40.00, again explaining their loss.  I am tired of arguing with them and am considering taking the $40.00.  It will be interesting to see how long it will actually take for them to refund me.
