After returning to my 2014 Honda CR-V on 2-29-2016, I found a shopping against my car, causing damage to my rear right bumper. "Monica" came out to my car with me @ took info, we both took pics with my ipod.
"RJ" the manger called me 2 days later and said it was caught on surveillance that a customer hit my car and ran, and they were trying to identify the customer, and he said to get an estimate, which I did. He said something about the cost being at "club level" and i still have no idea what this meant. I returned on 3-7-16 with my estimate, and RJ took pics with his cell phone, and he said the "insurance company would be in contact".
  Samantha called on 3-10-16, I immediately returned her call, but she doesn't answer her phone! I sent her several emails, including a message 3-23, and today 3-39-2016 (6 days later) she finally responded (via email I still have never spoken toher on the phone!!!!!) to say that the cart damage was NOT on  camera, and they were 't responsible. Someone is lying and I don't appreciate being lied to. I detest deceptive practices!  Why did "coach RJ" tell me it was caught on camera, and to get an estimate on the damage? This is the most dishonest business I've ever dealt with, and this will be my last membership to Sams club. They treat their customers poorly. They need to stop lying and compensate me for the damage to my car.  Do your self a favor, and join C*****!

 Typical response from a customer looking for deep pockets to pick. Sams club would ONLY be liable if an employee hit your vehicle. If a customer hit your vehicle then that is just to bad. YOU are looking at the deep pockets of walmart and getting mad because they are NOT allowing YOU to pick from it. Get over yourself sometimes LIFE happens. Its not very nice but THAT IS REALITY!!! YOU can bash them all you like but its NOT Sams Club who has denied your claim, its the insurance company that they use that has determined your claim is FALSE!!!!Yet again the American Consumer shows thier TRUE COLORS!!!!Its NOT fair to blame Sams Club when THEY did NOTHING wrong. YOUR issue is with the customer who hit your vehicle with a shopping cart. To place the blame ANYWHERE ELSE is YOU looking for someone to blame and to place the cost of repairs on so YOU dont have to be the responsible person. TYPICAL!!!!!! Perhaps Sams Club should take the costs of repairs for YOUR vehicle from the DEFAMATION SUIT that YOU HAVE GIVEN THEM!!!! See YOU have WILLINGLY and WITH MALICE chosen to post intentionally defaming comments on a public forum. That IS actionable and YOU should REALLY be ashamed of yourself for doing so as Sams Club is a VICTIM here. A victim of a customer who hit your car and a victim of YOU who seems to think that YOU get to victimize them TWICE!!! Personally I hope the Sams Club/walmart gets wind of YOUR post. Perhaps having the ENTIRE situation turned around on YOU will give YOU an idea of what YOU are doing to THEM!!!But per usual, YOU will moan and whine if it happens that its ALL unfair. That YOU shouldnt be sued for DEFAMATION because YOU were just exersizing your rights. Well THEY would be exersizing THIER RIGHTS by sueing YOU for what YOU HAVE WILLINGLY POSTED!!!!
