SamsClub.com Sam's Club Selling what they don`t have or can`t delivery! Bentonville Arkansas

I was looking only for Playstation4 and every site I went was showing OUT OF STOCK, so I was unable to place an order, at Sams they show availability and they tooked my order and charged me for the item, they sent me an email with shipping estimete date and we all good, I called just to check on address for delivery and they told me that my order was canceled????  I asked why and they told me they took too many orders and nothing can be done!

I asked to speak with supervisor and she promissed me take care the problem, I was happy to find out they care about members, but other person that work for Sam`s Club talked with me like nothing going to be done or they can help me, even after jhe sent me e-mail what say:

There is a manufacturers limit of 1500 for us to preorder once we reach
the limit orders will cancel as out of stock.
Web site needs to update information and list item as out of stock.

This is his Birthday Gift and I can accept any cancellation at this time, if you look at any other websites, if they can delivery the product they inform you is out of stock, witch is not what is happening with Sams Club.
Like your own words, "Web site needs to update information and list item as out of stock", when I purchased was available, so I want this item!
Like you can see below, I already bought a lot extras for this video game and can`t cancel!

Now if you guys forget or someone make mistake not informing that orders can be cancelled after YOU GUYS WITHDRAW money from my account

This is not my son or my fault, please make sure we have this situation resolved or I will seek legal help and will make sure media cover what you guys are doing with my son.
Took me years to be reunited with my son, he is so happy, he gave me a big thank you hug and I can`t tell him that I fail to provide him the only gift he asked me in 10 years and he won`t understand your mistake, so please get with your warehouse department and have this situation fixed.

I really appreciate your help, and I hope you understand my situation and help me!

Here is other products I ordered from other websites.

I showed to them the other products I ordered online to use with this video game but they really don`t care!!!

The last email he sent to me is below:

I GUESS HE IS NOT A FATHER AND IS VERY EASY FOR SAM`S TO CANCEL MY ORDER WHEN THEY MAKE MY SON BELIEVE HE WILL HAVE HIS GIFT COMING ON MAIL....
WHY THEY DON`T CALL MY SON AND EXPLAIN THIS TO HIM, I WISH THEY HAD MORE CONSIDERATION FOR PEOPLE AND FIX THIS ISSUE!

If you know my story with my son you probably change your mind, but is my problem, I just think if you sell something and send confirmation, you should be able to delivery!

In some cases they call that scam, i believe Sam`s club is a very nice place to buy, I am a happy member with local stores, but have this awfull experience with online.

I spoke with Aysha from Sam`s (escalations supervisor ) and she told me will see if can find when will be available.

Can`t find Playstation 4 online to order, the only hope I have is that they fix my order.

No everyone need to agreed with me about been upset, everyone know your own issues!

 I would bet that you were not the only one who ordered it and it got cancelled.  Inconvienent..yes, a bit of a let down..yes.  Perhaps their web site couldn't keep up.  But how exactly did they rip you off?  Did they not refund your money?   Or are you going to come here and claim that they deprived you of the pennies in interest you could have earned in the short time they "held" your money?

I would also bet that there are a lot of "stories" where you could pull out a violin.  Probably even a couple of "my kid is dying and this was his last wish"..So what makes your story better than the next person?  Honestly what happens with every other "new" technology will happen with the PS4.  Within a few weeks the excitement will die down and you will have zero issues trying to find one.  Where if getting this PS4 is the difference of your son loving you and not loving you..perhaps you have other issues but that is not the fault of Sam's Club.


Of course here is the real kicker in all of this.  It isn't even actually out until November.  Meaning you have at least a month you can continue to try to find one before he could even get it.
