Samson Chicago land Moving And Storage DON'T USE THEM they damages and loses goods and furniture does not respond to claims and complaints Chicago And Suburbs Illinois
Samson Moving Company damaged 2 pieces of our furniture and has claimed for 3 months now that they will repair and return them, but have done NOTHING!!!!! They broke countless pieces of china and other glassware, lost or stole several of our items, one item we found by going to their storage facilities and finding it for ourselves. They refuse to process our claim form until our furniture is repaired, which, I repeat, they have not done for 3 months despite promises to the contrary.
They frequently change employees and could not even locate our furniture for a while. It was found by accident just sitting in a hallway. Now they simply ignore us and we are forced to take legal action.

SAMSON CHICAGOLAND MOVING AND STORAGE DOES TAKE GOOD CARE OF THEIR CUSTOMERS. SAMSON FIXED CYNTHIA'S TREVILLIAN'S TABLE FOR HER AND DELIVERED IT. CYNTHIA TREVILLIAN CHOSE NOT TO PURCHASE INSURANCE FOR HER MOVE TO STORAGE. WHEN MOVING OUT OF STORAGE DAMAGE WAS NOTICED TO HER CHINA CABINET. SAMSON COULD NOT FIX ITHE CHINA CABINET. WHEN A CUSTOMER DOES NOT HAVE BAKER INSURANCE THAT THEY RECCOMMENTED TO PURCHASE ON THEIR OWN. SAMSON'S LIABILITY IS ONLY .30 ON THE POUND WHICH IS THE LAW. THIS IS WHAT WE OFFERED HER FOR HER CHINA CABINET.
