DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I have tried repeatedly to get Samson to pay my our MUTUALLY agreed upon claim, and all I get is the runaround, DESPITE A SIGNED RELEASE FORM WITH THE OWNERS SIGNATURE! THE RELEASE FORM IS A LEGAL DOCUMENT!
I have called at least 10 times and always get the runaround - please do not waste your time or your money. You will be sorry.

If you have half a brain, you will avoid this company at all costs!! I promise you, trust me....I have inside information on how this company treats customers with broken furniture!!! You use this company, and in my opinion you are asking for trouble.
