Complaint Review: Samson Moving & Storage In Chicago

My rommate and I were struggling to move out of our apartment during finals week. We decided with this company because they quoted a resonable price. THAT WAS A LIE!!

When we would not pay their ridiculous amount the movers began putting the furniture out on the street!! The manager called my cell phone while I was in my final, and was SCREAMING at me and DEMANDING that I drive to Skokie and pay him immediately when his movers had not even completed the job.

Once it was all said and done we realized that they failed to unload a chair, glass for my dining room table, amoung other items. It was a terrible experience NEVER USE SAMSON!!!
