The microwave was fine for the first two years. Then it gave a e32 message and didnt work. The error was the assy weight sensor part de9600837a. I replaced the part and it worked for another almost six years but I had to replace the part nearly every year. Samsung discontinue parts after 5 years so now my microwave cannot be repaired.
There are others who have the same problem with this model CP1395EST. So its a manufacture fault.
Samsung say I have no recourse with them.
