Complaint Review: Samsung Elecrronics

I bought a Samsung CCD-23 mini-digital camcorder in Nov. 2003. After less than 5 hrs. use, a major element, the CCD element died. This was 2 mos. after the 1 year warranty expired. It cost $197.85 to repair. Samsung, of course, wanted to hear about my problem, but was unresponsive to any recourse.

This camcorder is a piece of crap and I would advise anyone to stay away from any Samsung product. No good response is like no response at all.
