Before buying any Samsung product check there BBB report - it is abysmal. They have so many unresolved complaints.'

There senior executives are unresponsive. Despite repeated phone calls they do not no how to dial a phone and return a message. Perhaps it is due to the fact that they have no problem solving skills. Perhaps they never acquired MBA's and do not know how rude it is not to return phone calls within 48 hrs. It reflects poorly on the company.

There customers service dept is unhelpful and has no decision making authority. A dead end. Forget talking to a supervisor. They have no power or authority.

They issue no recalls despite the problem on particular models being pervasively reported on the internet.
