I bougth a security system from SAMSUNG back on June 2008 and that piece of junk last 3 days. I contact the seller and he refer me to the manufacturer but they just get the information and do nothing about. I been spending at least 2 hrs. on the phone every day speaking to people that do not know what they are doing. they just tell me to call the next day.
