Bought $1300 TV that was broken out of box. Told to deal with Samsung directly for repare or replacement. They sent technicians to my house 4 times over FIVE months and never got TV to work. Finally had to get nasty on phone and they agreed to replace TV. One month later received USED TV with broken input jacks.

Bottom line: I loaned Samsung $1300 interest free for almost 6 months and then bought a used and broken TV for full price.

I feel that this person left out a few things
regarding the complaint against Samsung.

How did you buy this TV? I did'nt think that
Samsung would sell directly to consumers, usually you have to go to a dealer or some other authorized outlet.

I have been in the TV Repair business for almost
seven years and I have never seen a Samsung that
cost $1300.

If you bought the TV and had it shipped by
U.P.S., etc. you might
haver a claim against them. Also. if the purchase
was made on your credit card there's a possiblility
that you could have the charges "reversed" and a
credit issued.

The first thing you should have done was send the
TV back for the same unit or give you a
credit to buy another one. I blame you for
excepting the second TV when you knew that the
unit was defective.

If you went to smalll claims court you would have
little sympathy from the judge.

Instead of whining about your problem you could
contact consumer agencies in New Jersey for them to follow up for you. I find this complaint a
little suspect, some things just don't make sense or your not telling us the whole story.

I can't believe after coming to your house four
times that they could'nt fix the set. Why did'nt you just asked for a replacement or your money back.

I'm not trying to be rude, but you are your worst
enemy. Stop crying about it and do something about it.
