Samsung Electronics USA No delivery of Free TV Tuner Rebate slow prossessing ripoff con-artists ripoff business Ridgefield Park New Jersey
Samsung had a rebate offer for buyers of their 151MP and 171 MP Flat Panel Displays. The offer was a free TV tuner for the display.
I sent the original material in to their fulfillment house -- The Rebate Center -- in New Rochelle, NY in January. I still do not have the TV tuner.
I have called and resent material to The Rebate Center. They finally sent me a confirmation and note saying I would be getting the tuner. It's been about month and nothing.
I have written to Samsung via their Website form. It's been about two months and nothing.
This is the world's most poorly handled rebate offer. If I never get the tuner, it will also be a ripoff.
