My two-206BW monitors, slightly less than three years old flash repeatedly before staying on.  Samsung, thru their Far East Service Corp., appear to be avoiding their warranty by making it impossible for owners of their products to get expected service.


Beware, they put me into their Voice-Mail-Jail and then it sent me to a disconnected number.  The form fields on their web site gray out after entering one serial number and if I hit refresh or the back button, the page disappears making it impossible to enter another product.


I finally got thru by talking to the camara department and they sent me to two separate reps before someone made a separate ticket for my second monitor.


Frankly, I do not trust Far East Service Corp or Samsung as it appears that Samsung purposely made the product out of crap so that it would fail prematurely and that they have little or NO intention of honoring their warranties.


I am very concerned that I may never see my monitors again if I send them to Far East / Samsung.
