Complaint Review: Samsung

I bought a Samsung Note 7 from craigslist, after Samsung recall, Tmobile refused to replace it, i went to samsung recall website, there are instructions about the recall, by calling their customer service ( 1‑844‑365‑6197 ), i called them, they gave me a ticket no and told me that i have to buy a samsung S7 edge (for $920) first, then they will send me a box to ship my note 7, when they receive it, they will send me a check of $920 (refund my money).

I paid them the $920, they send me S7 edge, then they send me a special ceramic box to ship the Note 7, i shipped it.

It is 40 days since i shipped the Note 7, i didn't receive any thing.

I called them about 5 times about my money, their answer is always "in processing" , then on 12/20/2016 they said that they sent the check.

I called them several times about the check, always the answer it is in its way.

Today 1/10/2017, I called them about my check, they said that they don't know any Note 7,after asking me about the ticket no and other credentials  they said you just bought a Galaxy S7 Edge from us, we owe you nothing!! give us the tracking no!!. it was more than 60 days and when they told me that they already send the check, I threw the tracking no. away

Now, I don't know what to do, I was scammed my Samsung, they stole my Note 7, they sold me a Galaxy S7 Edge for $920

Samsung scammed us when they sold us their junk "Note 7", putting their bomb in our pockets, threatining us and our families.

I was loyal to Samsung, I sold my Note 5 when i heared about their Note 7, like every one loyal to them.

I don't like Iphone ether, for their silly IOS. so nobody can say that i am an Iphone fan, want to hurt Samsung's reputation.

I hope that one day they will pay for it.
