Samsung Protection Plus Service contract that gives no service! Nationwide
I purchased a service contract for my one year old Samsung Dishwasher. I called Samsung Protection plus a few months after purchasing contract which was in the begining of March 2015 it is now June 6 2015 and my dishwasher is not repaired.
I want to cancel my contract and they want to prorate it for the months it was active. I feel i shouldnt have to pay anything! Giving them more the ample time to repair my dishwasher (almost 4 months). They should refund me in full!
The amount I paid for a 6 year contract I could have bought a new dishwasher! And thats what I would like to do and definately will not purchase a Samsung!
Thier motto is they would like "to provide an excellent customer experiance"! Customer service is terrible, they offer no apology what-so-ever. One would think after four months they would send me a new dishwasher or offer some compensation!

One day after I stated that we this report a customer representive called me up and stated that will be sending me a check to replace my washer! I am not sure if it is beacuse I wrote this report. Turns out not a bad company after all! I think they do not have service repair people in the area that I live. either way I am a happy camper now!
