Samsung Ripped me off on a $30.00 rebate the only reason I bought it online ripoff internet

I purchased a Samsung 20 inch Black Wide Screen Monitor SyncMaster 204BW. I sent in a $30.00 rebate. First I called them and was told to go online and download the rebate, so I did that. Then besides doing it online I mailed it in.

I have not gotten my rebate and when I called and asked about it, they said it was coming. It is not almost 3 months and I have not received it. I am really ticked off. I would have purchased the same monitor locally if it were not for the rebate Iwas suppose to receive by ordering online.

This company shold be sued. The advertise rebates and then do not deliver. i have read several reports from other people with the same situation. How can I get my money they promised?? I will NEVER buy another Samsung Product after this experience.
