Samsung Telecommunication- Plano Texas Samsung taking over 3 weeks for a part to fix my Galaxy SII?? Internet

I purchased a Galaxy SII at full price because I just launched my e-com business and my old phone was not suitable. I purchased the phone through Sprint my carrier. Less than a year later the phone was malfunctioning and based on the issues I was experiencing there were many forums that people were describing the exact same issues word for word which was the USB. I have been with Sprint for many years and know that if I send to them to repair that most likely I  am only going to receive a refurbished phone or worse a totally different phone if they do not have the same type of phone to give me. Since my phone was under Samsung warranty I called them to see what my options were with them in fixing my phone. I was told that it would be a 7 to 12 day turn around.......after speaking with customer service manager after customer manager it would appear that my phone has been in a pending receiving a part mode for over two weeks and the part is not even expected until the end of next week, then they have to repair the phone....then ship it....I will have been without a phone for a month or over. I heard conflicting information from one customer service to another giving me different stories like (I will expedite this to a two day turn around if they don't have this fixed they have to either send you a new phone or a comparable phone....only to find out from another customer service manager two days later that I was told something that is not true and that I have to........wait for the part. I became so enraged by the same verbiage spilling out of their mouths like a script that I actually became one of those irrate women who lash out with a quick witted silver tongue hurrling insults at them like "how the hell is the part coming from china on a d**n canoe"? This is not my normal demeanor......but trust....I was losing my stuff by about the 2nd 57 minute long phone call in one night. I will somehow have to cough up a chunk of money and go buy myself the new iPhone.....didn't wanna do it.....I am an Android girl.....but Samsung has left such a bad taste in my mouth. The point at which I almost booked a flight to yell at someone in Texas at Samsung in person was when one of the reps said "the parts are coming from overseas you know, that does take some time". To wit I replied "I work for one the largest fashion retailers in the U.S.......my side business requires that I source hardware from all over Asia.....and my parts arrive promptly within a week or a week and a half. You sir have had my phone for over two weeks so I do not accept your load of horse crap (using the real word)" .

Samsung Galaxy phone is one of their most popular devices, and you would think that they would have parts on hand to fix no? If this were the iPhone I would take to the Apple store and cute little geek would fix my phone or at the very least give my a loaner same device until such time that they fixed my phone. That my friends is why I will now be an Apple girl no longer an Android fan.

Samsung sucks.
