Just a flat out scammer. Promises you all your dreams but is ultimately just wanting you to send him a nominal amount of money for him to invest in your company. Claims to be from Africa, Cameroon in particular but has internet ads for selling drugs in Dubai.
He claims the money is for a lawyer to set up an account etc, the money is just going to him. Please report him so the real investors out there can do something real. He plays the game well and extensively and tries to appeal to peoples compassion. Don't waste your time, it will all just be heartache.
