Samuel Midgette Financial, First Nationsl Mortgage Resources, Atlantic Commercial, 3Visions Commercial ripoff, took my clients money and did nothing Overland Park Kansas
Entered into agreement with Mr. Midgette in October for a commercial loan on a Sports Bar and Grill and after my client sent him $3500.00 for Full appraisal and he became very hard to get in contact with.
Gave me excuses about his appraiser and the holidays.
Asked me to help him find a new appraiser, which I did. Won't call me back ever. Has not contacted the appraiser to pay him for the update appraisal (this appraiser did the original also).
I believe that he has been lying to me all along. He should not be allowed to practise business anywhere.
