Complaint Review: Samuel Shoshoo - Main Exposure - Ever After Studio

Fifteen months ago, we hired Samuel Shoshoo of Main Exposure, Inc. to photograph our wedding. The entire ordeal was a nightmare. The pictures were of extremely poor quality, dark, fuzzy, and most of them off-center and taken of the backs of people's heads. Others had marks on them.

The photographer who came with Sam was so inexperienced. She took pictures of people's hands, legs, backs, etc. No table pictures were taken. Only excuses from Sam, supposedly two family "tragedies" in a month, and long delays. He promised to fix the bad pictures, but never did. Then he promised to refund a portion of our money, but never did.

He does not answer our emails, which is the only way we can communicate with him. We reported him to the BBB, but they are unable to locate him. We think his business is still called Main Exposure and is located in Chicago. However, the BBB's letter to his Chicago address was "returned to sender". His email is still EverAfterStudio.com because we still can see him our our buddy list when he is online. Our next attempt is the Attorney General's office. He owes us money.
