I am also a victim of Samvel. He wrote me a bad check, claiming that he had his wallet stolen out of his Uhaul when moving. Showed me pics of the broken window. Claimed they stole his cash but left the checkbook. Promised the check would be good and claimed it was coming out of his checking from a Plumbing Business he owned. The check bounced and upon texting & calling him to retrieve the funds, he ignored me.
