I placed an order with Inksoutlet around six months ago, and all was fine. I used my AMX card for the purchase. I
was impressed with the price.

This last time I had to use my Pay Pal account because the transaction would not go through with any of my credit cards.  Maybe the credit card companies will not deal with them any longer?

As of now it has been over three weeks and I did not receive any Inks. I tried to contact them several times with emails and fax because they do not have a land line. No response at all with email or fax. The same exact problem that Karen had on the above complaint. So now I will try to contact Pay Pal.

At this point, I will never ever deal with them again regardless if they send the product or not. They are ether very unprofessional or they just took the money and closed shop. No way to tell.
