Hello!  I have never experienced reporting a company for fraud or horrible dissatisfaction until now. I ordered hair from samyah milan boutique on August 16th which was a Saturday.  I realized that it takes 7 to 10 days just for a tracking number So  called when no one answered the phone but texted me stating on that particular line they only text. I then text asking if it was too late to cancel my order they then directed me to the website. It still didn't answer my question.  I then emailed, called, and text.  I did not receive an answer. All I wanted was to confirm my order was canceled but I received an email stating my tracing number was going out on August 25th. I never received my tracking number nor did I get my money back. I am highly upset because I got the hair for a wedding g that is next week September 13th 2014 but I have yet to get a response and I'm afraid to spend the same amount on new hair if my order is coming but it has been over the 7 to 10 business days. The frustration and poor customer service is beyond me and has me in a panic because the hair isn't cheap and my hair stylist even called for answers but none was given. I use to brag about this company but I wouldn't recommend anyone go through this. Not knowing where your money went and feeling scammed is horrible. Do not order ftom here I promise it's not worth the stress. I'm still waiting to hear back from samyah part of the reason I contact this agency was in hope she responded and gave me answers.
